A registered user in the Event Calendar may search for and schedule a mediation session. The user searches for a session time on a specific date or for a span of dates. Given the preferred dates for the mediation, the Event Scheduler displays all available time slots and mediators. The user chooses the mediator, date and time from the search results and completes the information required to schedule the mediation. The user, site administrator and mediator are immediately notified of the scheduled mediation by email. The mediation is now booked, and any future searches will show that the time slot and mediator are unavailable.

The EventManager streamlines and simplifies how company events are managed. Event organization and registration takes place through secure and easy to use web interfaces. The event coordinator creates new registration forms for each event, and, with a click of a link, the forms are ready for customers to complete.
